A little bit old, a little bit new and a whole lot of fabulous!

Can you believe it's already November and we are swiftly cruising our way toward December?

As a writer you are blessed with those moments that leave your heart singing in happiness and yesterday one of those was received. InD'Tale Magazine listed out their review of my first book,  The Island, in their November issue. Their 5 star Golden Crown rating left me breathless and a whole lot of teary. You can read the review here on page 90. http://www.indtale.com/ If you've never had a chance to check out InD'tale magazine as a writer or a reader you are in for a treat.

I'm also delighted to announce that next week, if you live locally, there will be a release party and signing for The Rebound Project at our wonderful local bookstore, The Novel Neighbor. November 16th at 7pm-8:30pm CST. I hope that you can attend. I will be doing a short reading from the book and also taking a few moments to share my story on how writing can be part of healing or opening up the creative side of you that you never dreamed possible.

As a new part of my blog, I want to share with you how different energies align and manifest in our bodies and spirit and equate to how they show up in our daily lives. Recognizing what is happening around or in us can be the key for some to understanding their health, career or relationships.

For example:  This is always the time of year I embrace the holidays and the love of seasonal change starting with my favorite holiday of Halloween. Remember as we move through this time to see the seasons as they are unfolding or in this case as we watch nature close up/sleep and shed her summer radiance. This can work be relevant for us too.

Recognize what you need to shed. Get ready to dive deep and let go of what is not working for you any longer in your personal lives, your career or even something you had not considered yet that needs to go away for you to rise to a bigger and better version of yourself. By letting go, we can rise above when the sun shines brighter.

All the best and hugs
